What we store

If you subscribe or request a template, we store the email address you provide and the page context needed to send the requested message. If you email us, we store the message so we can respond.

Service providers

We use Resend for email delivery. Email data may be processed by Resend so the requested message can be sent. Follow-up series state and provider message IDs are stored on the Resend contact. One-click unsubscribe stops the remaining series.

Vercel Web Analytics records page views and named funnel events without cookies. Custom event properties contain page context such as state and placement, not email addresses.

Deletion

To ask us to delete your email subscription data, contact hello@demandletterlab.com.
